We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting IT professionals for the US market and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit IT candidates for various positions in the US.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills and qualifications.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-10 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for the US market.
- Strong understanding of W2 hiring,c2c,1099 tax form .
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and job boards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to sell job opportunities to candidates.
